Privacy Policy

PlayABC stores the child’s first name, guardian contact, verified email, hashed sign-in sessions and email codes, limited abuse-prevention data, legacy device-token hashes, access/payment records and submitted learning progress to operate your account. Passwords are hashed. Payments are processed by Razorpay; card numbers and CVV are not stored here.

Your choices

Ask parent support to export or delete account data after ownership verification. Device-only journals and favourites can be cleared in Parent Tools. Marketing is optional. Browser speech recognition, when separately enabled, may send audio to the browser provider; recording/playback works without it.

Retention and policy review

This is a starting privacy notice. The site operator must add their legal identity, retention schedule and applicable guardian-consent process. No automatic legal-compliance claim is made.
